Born in London, I live between England and France working at the University of Nice Inter-Âges and facilitating Erasmus+ programs.

I studied Literature and Theology at Bristol University and did a PGCE at University College London. With an MA in Creative Writing  from Manchester Met University and MSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, my writing explores emotional complexity, identity, and the quiet tensions that sit beneath ordinary lives. 
 
In 2011, Seven Days to Tell You was published as a result of the Hookline Readers' Competition and won the Readers Book Prize Winter 2012. Bloodhound Books republished
